Approved Forms of Accepted Payment

As of January 1, 2022 Beau Sucre no longer accepts electronic transfers of payment via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or CashApp. You may use CashApp in store and online for purchases but it will be processed through our payment terminal and will require you to use the Business QR code for sending transactional payments to Beau Sucre. Funds electronically transferred outside of our payment terminal will not be accepted for goods or services.

Beau Sucre utilizes Square for processing payments. Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.

Note: JCB is not supported with the contactless and chip card reader at this time.

COVID-19

WE MADE IT! If you have reached the two-week point past your second vaccination, you are no longer required to wear a mask when entering the common spaces of the building. However, please remember each business owner reserves the right to require masks in their individual studios, so please be respectful of individual business practices if you frequent multiple business owners within the building. Beau Sucre will not require masks.

I will have masks available if you would like me to wear one or decide you would like one during your visit.

Please remember you must fill the COVID Information and Waiver Form no sooner than 15 minutes before your appointment and entering the building. This form will continue until further notice

All client's and client's children will have their temperature checked with a Contactless Thermometer. If you or your child have a temperature of 100 degrees or over, you will be turned away, and charged up to 100% of the service(s) for not canceling the per our posted cancellation policy below.

Please refrain from bringing your friends or family to your appointment(s). They will NOT be allowed into the treatment room. Our waiting area is a shared space with all of the Spa Section, please have your friends or family (boyfriend, husband, sister, etc) wait in the car, unless it is your small/young children (refer to Children Policy for more information).

Please wait in the waiting area or in your car for your appointment. Send me a text with your First and Last name letting me know you are here.

Please do NOT wait by the door or in the hallway.

Please NO outside food or drinks allowed in the Salon.

If you have allergies, please have a doctor's note, or bring your prescription medication with name on it or take a picture of your allergy medication with your name on it.

Please stay home and reschedule your appointment(s) if you have a fever, or mild cough with Flu-like, Common Cold, or COVID-19 symptoms, at least 2 weeks after you are well.

If you come to your appointment with a fever, or mild cough with Flu-like, Common Cold, or COVID-19 symptoms, you will be turned away, and charged up to 100% of the service(s) for not canceling the day before.

By Appointment Only

All appointments at Beau Sucré are by appointment only. For your convenience online scheduling has been included on this website. 

Credit Card information is required to reserve an appointment. You will not be charged, unless you no show, cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or show up 15 minutes late to your appointment. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.

Cancellation/No Show 

Beau Sucre´ allows you to cancel service appointments up to 48 hours before the start time.

By booking and completing your online intake forms, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show/late cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification. 

If your card gets declined from the no show/last minute cancellation fee, you will be blocked from booking until you have paid the fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future appointment requests.

Online Booking

To secure your appointment at Beau Sucré, we require a credit card to be placed on file. If you do not have a credit card to placed on the file, you may purchase a reloadable gift card from squareup.com/gift/SYNAF3RC2GBP0/order and reload it over the phone for your scheduling/purchasing needs.

This policy offers guests transparent pricing and no-hassle with checking out while eliminating the financial impact caused by missed appointments and late cancellations. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment per our cancellation policy, your card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. 

If you no show or cancel last minute twice in a row, you will be required to pay a minimum 50% nonrefundable deposit via electronic invoicing prior to the appointment request being accepted.

Cancellation Policy

The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice, we’re unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with Beau Sucré, we request 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service.

If you’re unable to commit to appointments in advance we recommend messaging us and asking to be placed on the Wait List. Should an opening in our schedule occur you will receive a text message notification and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for you.

Tardiness

We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Client's may receive a grace period of up to 10 minutes to be late for services that are 30 minutes in length or greater. If you have a 15 minute appointment, there is no grace period to be late and your card will be charged at your appointment start time. 

Late arrivals will be turned away and charged up to 100% for your service appointment per the cancellation policy 

Refunds

All service sales, retail items, and gift cards sales are final.

All of our packages, auto-pays, gift cards, Groupon's are not transferable to other client's, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services. 

Packages

  • Packages for Sugaring will expire.

  • You have 8 weeks (2 months) in between each one of your visits to use the next one.

  • For example: You come today and use 1/4 on your package. You have 2 months from today's date to use 2/4, otherwise 2/4 will expire. 

  • Any other questions please feel free to ask me.

Under 18 Year's Old

  • Under 18 year's old must be accompanied by a parent (mom or dad) or legal guardian to be able to get any services done.

  • Parent (mom or dad) or legal guardian are the only ones that can sign the consent paperwork and give consent to get any services done. 

  • Parent (mom or dad) or legal guardian must stay in the room while the minor is getting their service done.

Children

  • All ages are welcomed.

  • Car seats or strollers are a must for little ones and will need to fit in the service room.

  • I do have a curtain your children can sit behind.

  • There is also a waiting area where your children can sit.

  • Please NO outside food or drinks allowed in the service room.

  • Only baby bottles will be allowed.

Right to Refuse Service

The licensed professionals at Beau Sucré reserve the right to refuse services at their discretion and dismiss disruptive or abusive clients when necessary.

Duty to Inform

Your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations and digital intake forms is mandatory. Beau Sucré will not assume responsibility for your adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.

Scope of Practice Policy

In California, state law prohibits salon and spa professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with contraindicated medical conditions. Should your professional determine that you are ineligible for service, we will happily refer you to an appropriate physician. When your condition has been resolved, or you have a medical release clearing you for service, you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment.

Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are redeemable at Beau Sucré for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on the card. Treat the Card as cash; if it is lost, it will not be replaced. The balance will not expire and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash value. For gift card balance, terms, and expiration details, present this card at Beau Sucré. This card is the property of the issuer.

Promotional Value: Should you receive a discount resulting in promotional credits, you must redeem promotional value within 30 days of receipt. This value would be any additional credit above cash paid value for your gift card.
